Accepted SNCO Vehicles requestion

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds that SNCO can accept or deny Vehicles request, so we not waiting on an CO+ to get a supply truck out

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Yes it was suggested before and been accepted, it look to change back to CO rather staying SNCO for the requests

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Can get FOBs built up without waiting for an CO to come on and accept it.
Let the SNCO take a form of responbility for Vehicles when accepting them.
Could get training or kidnapping done early without waiting for a long time.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Not really.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It was accepted before, so I don't see why it won't be accepted again.

I personally think they should only be able to accept their own or regimental vehicle only not NATO/NWO wide

MSGT is a rank where you are entrusted to take over in place of a CO.
The worst that could happen is abuse, which is easily tracked in logs and would be easy to deal with.

Before the rank change, when I joined the server in August, MSGTs got the perm to do it, it was later changed to 2LT only, which makes it really really dificult for the most part for someone to grant it, so bringing it back to MSGT would be amazing
