What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds that SNCO can accept or deny Vehicles request, so we not waiting on an CO+ to get a supply truck out
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Yes it was suggested before and been accepted, it look to change back to CO rather staying SNCO for the requests
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Can get FOBs built up without waiting for an CO to come on and accept it.
Let the SNCO take a form of responbility for Vehicles when accepting them.
Could get training or kidnapping done early without waiting for a long time.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
