Do you have any experience as a high rank on MilitaryRP?:
- Yes, the highest rank i have achieved on CN MRP is SC SCOM. I was HC for around 5 months before stepping down.
What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
- Most of my time on MRP has been on HC and other CO ranks, thanks to that i am familiar with all of its responsibilities. I feel like at the moment i am ready to step back into HC after such a long break and try my best to lead the whole of USSR. I know all of the regiments inside and out and feel like i can add something to all of them to make them improve themselves. Talking to people and making friendly interactions with people is something what i really enjoy and i wish to explore a wider range of regiments to get along with.

Please give some lore about your HC character and what storylines they would be involved in:
-Toomas was grown up in the country of Estonia. He worked up his way to the rank of SCOM in the NWO before the collapse. One day when the NWO vs USSR civil war broke out and it was all crumbling down on NWO, Toomas was nowhere to be seen, he had gone AWOL. He was afraid of being shamed and being blamed for losing the war, he had to disappear to a place noone could find him. So he happily camped out in Siberia. Years after hearing about the loss of NWO he couldn't take it and he was just missing the thrill of war and explosions. He managed to get enlisted in the 10th Steel Division brigade, that's where he felt at home. In his lovely tanks, the ones he was spending most of his time in back in the day. God he loved tanks.
What are the responsibilities of HC in RP?:
- Leading wars
- Making different RP trainings and improving relations between regiments
- Improving communication
- Making sure that logistically everything is ready for war
- Answering questions people might have
- Keeping people on the game and doing different fun activities
- Helping with minor regimental duties if need to
What are the responsibilities of HC out of RP?:
- Different documents
- Making sure that noone isn't doing unauthorized rank skips
- Cooperating with the staff team to improve the server
- Giving advice to regiments
- Making sure communication is on point and making different meetings to improve them
