Hey!
I do have a in RP reason, that isn't known much to people ( as it is also not in my lore document because its supposed to be found out in RP, and not metgamed)
Its a coping mechanism for my character, due to the fact there child hood was quite said ( after her parents died in RP.)
And got this from Site-56 ( US Site ) To meow as a coping mechanism. Of course I'm not gonna meow as a O5 ( as that would in RP show my identity) But it was a In RP thing.
( Edit: this isn't even a joke, It was before the physchatrist came along, and when i was ECA the first first time on USA.

Claire is one of the few players who I can say with absolute confidence that they deserve the rank of O5-4. Not only have they proven themselves, time and time again with how they act in RP situations. But they're also one of the most helpful people on this server.
I genuinely believe that Claire's RP ranks at one of the highest in this server, and as one of the MTF members who escorts her and often comes to her for questions, I can say that I am in the best position to affirm this fact.
As an Exec. Researcher, and the Leader of OCCBR, me and Claire worked hand-in-hand on fine-tuning the inner workings of OCCBR, and ensured that all our paperwork was stellar and that we had the functions needed to attend to the needs of the Foundation.
As an MTF LT, I can say that Claire is one of the most helpful SA's there are, assisting me in setting up Nu-7 operations, such as trainings and large-scale operations. And let us not forget that her work often requires Nu-7's help, which both increases the amount of RP we get, and the quality of that RP.
And finally, as a player, I can say that Claire has helped me massive in-game, when I was new I often went to her for questions, and she happily provided, and never once did I believe I was bothering her, as she helped me with honest concern and respect.
So, to end this rather long +Support, I say that yes, Claire should be made O5-4, as there is truly no one better than her.
