Denied Increasing raid timer for CI

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Response here] Increases raid cooldown for CI to 2 hours to match GOC or adding a cap on how many raids they can do in a day

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Response here] we wont have constant breaches of scp's from when ci raid this will then allow for there to be more rp this will also be more beneficial since when CI does raid the size of the new hcz its difficult to
1) locate the CI when they are in hcz
2) when the CI are finally found its difficult to challange them when they are trying to breach stuff due to the time we have to spend getting back to them and the ammount of numbers they have
this still means that when they do raid they will still have the mass breach they want since they are at such and advantage

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Response here] CI will probably end up crying since they cant mass breach every 45 minutes.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Response here] since it will mean the server can be a more rp focused like it should be and not just a breach and resonating simulator.

How are people failing to understand that this would not only kill CI Completely, but it would also kill Nu-7, some parts of DEA and SCPs as not much as I don’t want to agree with some people here they are right that if CI are breaching all the into Heavy then it is just a skill issue on foundations part.

I wouldn't agree with this every time CI raided a 1+ hour C5 happens and when the C5 ends CI raids again a long C5 happens which is annoying, also Nu-7 can do other things rather than wait for CI to raid and think about other jobs like researchers, they have to wait till C5 ends to be able to test again and all they do in C5 is pray for it to end early so they can do something.

isnt nu-7s entire purpose is to defend against C1s and CI?

Am sorry but this has nothing to do with skill issues or not, Nu-7 members are required to do that because they joined the squadron.
dont have a squadron if having that squadron is leading to CI causing mass breaches how about focus on something else

While I may not know how this affects CI/Nu7, I do know that something needs to change.
With the new size of HCZ, Breaches and Raids take just a bit longer, which results in there constantly being either a Raid or a Breach.
As a Researcher, I cannot get any meaningful tests done, because they are constantly interrupted.

Yes but the squadrons have other purposes /HH is to deal with help with C5 and GA I believe is to guard CS from intruders and to escort CL4 personnel
Nu7 squadrons are not the main job Nu7 do, they are a side job. I have to admit when I'm raiding as CI there is close to nobody in the compound, this isn't CI’s fault Nu7/DEA should be in the compound protecting the site from intruders. It seems to me that they aren't doing this letting CI in.

It's not CI's problem that Nu-7 + E-11 are inactive. That's something that the CO's of the regiment has to solve. The reason CI are doing so good recently (On UK) is because Nu-7 + E-11 are inactive and CI has had a big boom in the past couple of months

This simply isn't true. E-11 is more active than ever, easily hitting numbers daily that used to be a rare occurance. And with the amount of Nu7 that are usually on, I can't complain about their activity either. CI Raids, and Breaches for that matter, need some sort of nerf, so there isn't constantly a C5/C1.
